1. Beck Monument

The Beck family was one of the founding families in Penetanguishene. I beleive they owned a mill and maybe a shipping company as well. There is also a house on Fox Street that was theirs and is just awesome but some fool turned it into apartments. This graveyard is just amazing.

2. Oak Ridge At Waypoint Penetang

This was the Oak Ridge maximum security facility for the criminally insane. It was demolished in 2014, but I shot these pictures part way through the process. I would have liked to get more pictures, and get inside, but this is as close as I was able to get before a security guard showed up and chased me off. Apparently, they had cameras that I didn't see.

Motleykiwi: All that is left of Oak Ridge today is the original patient-built gates from the 30's (which are cool), a couple of parking signs and the fire hydrants.
