While I was out going to another spot I stopped for a bit and came across this drain. There was a path that led right down to it from the road, but at the same time it is mostly hidden from the nearby houses. Just try not to slam the large metal door. There was a place to put a lock on it but there was none (mind your fingers when setting it down). If you ever find yourself in the area on a hot summers day, climb in because there is a drop of multiple degrees and it is much cooler.
When I went there was a from a few centimeters to an inch of water depending where you stood on the floor. There is a smaller drain shown in picture #7 that leads me to believe that the amount of water accumilated during the time of my visit was close to or as bad as it gets.
On another note, the drain itself is accessible. I do not think anybody would want to enter this one because of how small it is (crawling height), but I did look around nearby and find what I presume to be the other end, which is located just down and across the street at (43°22'55.5"N 80°30'00.1"W).
