So much rubble!! thanks Loose Moose for the coordinates :) there are also two abandoned cars if you walk north of the building, one is in the field and the other is further up along the highway. I couldn't find the shrine but maybe I didn't look hard enough? if anyone has directions to find the shrine please lmk, i was really interested in seeing it
