The Nighswander's Cider Mill was in operation sicne 1851. It used to stand 1 km to the south of the four corners on the west side of the road. The grist mill, however, stood near the 4 corners on the east side but burned down in 1940. I have modern photos of both locations on here.

This grist mill stood near the 4 corners below the mill pond on the SE side but burned down in 1940. It was built by the Monkhouse's. The Nighswander's Cider Mill was in operation 1 km to the south from 1851. It was removed as of late. I have modern photos of each location on here.
