Sudbury Kingsway House

Uniform Patrol officers of the Greater Sudbury Police responded to a report of break and enter in progress at a house scheduled for demolition on the Kingsway this evening at 6:53 p.m.

An alert citizen reported 2 males entering the boarded up premises to police.

The males were located inside the premises hiding from police after attempting to steal copper piping.

The offenders a 39 and 49 year old male from Sudbury have been charged with Break and Enter with Intent and released on Promise to Appear to court at a later date.

The house is to be demolished January 24, 2010.
