About this location

S.S. No 20 was built in 1870, and appears to be well maintained by the community.

The back of the building is clapboard with the remainder stuccoed. Red brick is visible where the stucco is falling away. Not sure how the original building was finished.

Unusual in these buildings, the bell is still there. If you are thirsty, the pump works. (They have provided an enamel mug, but it is a little sketchy.)
