OK, so it's not really wrecked. Old rectory next to a still (very) active church. The video surveillance sign is legit. The house itself is well sealed and most of the windows have something or other blocking the view inside.

Update: Boy, did I ever misname this site. As the church was actually Presbyterian as built in 1870, this is actually called a "manse". (Thus, perhaps "Morose Manse" might be a more fitting title.) According to the link attached, the manse was built "at a later date" from 1870 and ceased housing the Minister and his/her family around 1962. It then became a Christian Education building at, "at present, serves as Sunday school rooms". As the newsletter was published Spring 2012 and the cover photo would seem to show the manse in good repair at the time, one can probably safely assume it closed sometime later in 2012 or 2013.

The Church itself is now known as the Bethany United Church.
