This Place is Toast

I've known about this place for a long time. I attempted it about 3 weeks ago but was scared off when a van parked right in front of the place. So I tried it again today only to find that in the last three weeks the place has been torched. Waited too long on this one, Oh well I salvaged what I could. Funny thing is this place is directly across from a school, you'd think the city would have secured it better.
