About this location

Percival Sparling seems to be the oldest or first burial here: 1794-1822 at aged 28 years. This was more than likely the Sparling's farmland at one time. St. Marys cemetery[older but still active] in town has the ninth Prime Minister of Canada, Arthur Meighen buried there. There are 59 buried here and a possible 28 more but have no death date. 1855 seems to worst year at 5 dead, followed by 1853 at 4 dead.
