Kid Rock

Lots of evidence of kids here. Who would leave all of their kid's stuff behind? This place has looked rundown for a couple years. Now the yard is all overgrown, it looks like they finally bailed out. The calendar in the kitchen says June 2017. There's been a Developer sign on the lawn for at least 2 years, that's how long I've been watching this place. Patience is rewarded sometimes. There is a new subdivision going up behind, which provides an nice easy approach.
