About this location
After Seeing this location in a few youtubers videos I had wanted to check it out myself, but no matter who I asked that had been there no one was willing to help, so I took it upon myself to find the location. Well about 5 months on and off of looking for clues in videos and this is what I found. This home is actually a $4.4million dollar house that will be torn down soon enough as they have plans to build condos on the property and will the building of the condos and housing they will be able to renovate the marina located right beside it. Attached you will find some links of which proves my points. Don't believe all that you see and hear in youtube videos! This home is large in size with a boat dock to the right side of the house. The house is patrolled by an older gentleman with a white truck. Spoke with him and he said he is checking daily on the house to make sure its locked down as they have had word of people entering and making vids inside it. He is apparently hired by the construction company who owns the land. To see pics of interior and realize what location it is check the links down below.

it is considered to be of the "mid-century modern style" it custom built in 1965. has a beautiful indoor pool which is now emptied, and a nightclub in the basement.

Just a heads up, this place is now partially active and people can show up at any time for a showing, thus a high risk explore.

This place is the reason I joined back in the day I was in burlington looking for this spot. I'd seen it in a freaktography video.
