About this location
From looking at the front of this house you would not expect to find what is inside... if standing in the front yard it looks like a ranch bungalow, but until you walk down the side of the place, you really underestimate its true size...
the original section of this house was a 3 bedroom bungalow originally built in 1968. in 1979 plans were drawn to put on a massive addition to the rear of the house, this addition included 3 bedrooms, a 3 piece bathroom, a library, kitchen and sitting area, below all that a large Olympic sized swimming pool was added in the basement. the addition was completed in 1981.
the house has only had 1 owner since new in 1968. it was purchased in late 2017 by a developer to construct townhomes on the property. it will be demolished.
