About this location
Noticed this house while driving around Owen Sound one day. No visible entrance unfortunately, it's pretty well boarded up. Found out later the property is for sale for $550,000, and the house will be removed as part of the transaction. It's on about 2.5 acres of land, so I assume based on the location they are trying to appeal to buyers looking for commercial development.
