Coffee And A Smoke

I had seen this house for a long time. Its been boarded for as long as I can recall, however, on Google Maps on this website (and maybe the ACTUAL) the house is occupied. Its got some newer locks on the side door and some newer boards on it. The side shed thing that is attached to the house is moldy as hell and the roof is collapsing in. The roof is also in real rough shape in some other spots. Not too much goin on there. Possibly a restoration but once again, Ive never recalled a singe bit of activity. I can only assume the rest of the house is moldy because the basement stairs/cupboards/walls had black mold ALL OVER and this was the test go for the new 3m full face mask I just invested in. Not a bad explore but my POE was not all that easy to access in the night or day. It had a fair amount of windows so I was able to not use a flash for everything but like 2 rooms in the basement.

Flooring seemed alright but it had been a bit since someone was in there because there were all kinds of creaking and the odd soft spot twords the front veranda thing that is collapsing on the outside. It was like the 50th time I had been here so nice to finally get it and cross it off the list even tho it wasn't too great. Seen too many of these start a resto and appear to run out of money recently. Either that or its REAL SLOW like some other locations on here.

MAY 2022 - i(shootthings) hit this place up and it is not rattlecanned, seems to have held some squatters since Summer 2020 and is in generally worse shape, although its empty. So the angles to shoot it at are now greatly enhanced. Sad to see the little bit of work that was done then left. This is NOW an ABANDONED HOUSE. I Also never realized alot of the architectural features back in 2020. Yup, you guessed it. I LOVE the stairs.
