House on Rymal road. Right beside an early education facility. The only POE led to the basement. We got into the main room, seen that there was a light on in the other room. While walking over the mounds of things left, we noticed that the other room was flooded. Without proper footwear, we sadly had to end that exploration early... maybe will return one day!
