I mean look at the location of this farmhouse it’s pretty obvious what the hazards are. There is a whole housing subdivision across the street, a plaza nearby, and is at the intersection between the two busiest streets in Milton. Did I also forget to mention it’s in the middle of a field with no cover. There is a gate as well. However, once you get up to the house and inside you should be fine since all the windows are boarded and there is an entrance in the back. The conditions of the inside are undocumented as I have not been inside yet, which is why this is private.
Another property that has fallen into the hands of Paletta International’s Real Estate and Development Wing, they ended up buying this house and the property around and are most likely holding onto this very valuable piece of land until the price is right to sell. As this is prime development space for housing as you can see across the street from this house. They are currently leasing the farmland to a local farm to use to grow crops, however. Based on Google street view the house was inhabited up until July 2017 street view then in August 2018, the property looks vacant. Visible damage appears on the windows of the house in the August 2019 street view and then in March 2021 boards were finally put up over the windows and entrances. For some reason it looks like Paletta managed to get google to blur the abandoned house in the August 2021 street view, farming of the land is also ongoing in this view. Then the February 2022 scan shows the property much as it looks now, except that the shed is still there. So sometime between February 2022 and October 2022, the shed was burned down by someone when I went there was only charred wood left in the place where it used to stand.
Have passed by and seen this one a few times now, and am absolutely surprised and unsurprised by how this is not already on the site. I mean this is easily the most visible bando I’ve ever seen and probably could only get pulled off if it was at night when no one was around. If it was during the day then you are asking to get caught. Even when I wasn’t even on the property people were giving me eyes and someone pulled over and got out to come towards me right as I had finished taking pictures with my drone. Although oddly this man in his black pickup got out took 10 steps towards me sitting on the bench and then turned back around and got in his truck and left. I think its cause he saw the drone being landed? This is also my first album using a drone so it may not be up to snuff with other drone albums. I will make this location public when I get inside or someone beats me to it, I just was too eager to share the photos.
