History
Coalfields Historic School operated from 1909-1962. It closed due to main roads being built, eventually it became easier to just bus pupils to larger facilities in nearby towns.

Coalfields School has fake brick siding and has a sign that says ‘COALFIELDS SD NO:1215’ on the side of the school.
