Hazards of Legacy Leasing

Air Quality - Mold and Asbestos. Animal droppings. Mass decay.

Neighbors - There are some and the house that is on the same lot as this has cameras all over it too.

Sensors - Cameras on the house next to this. I wager they are active. We set some things up to see if the camera house was active and before I came back the next day at 12 pm, our setup was moved. So its an active house, or the cameras work and triggered a checkup, or it was just randomly checked.

Animals & Insects - There were cobwebs all over.

Active Security - IDK about active, but the place is checked on by SOMEONE and the business in the back MAY be active. There are tire tracks that move around back there, but no one is ever parked out front and nothing there changes.

History of Legacy Leasing

Not much. This was a car dealership but the car dealership had moved and this is the apparent ‘‘overflow lot” of Legacy Leasing. I was watching this place for tiiiiime and then I found a Waterloo Region Record article about it and this just pushed me to watch it closer. It took alot of time until I got closer, with TheEasyKayBreezy leading the way.

A older house that was once storage for the dealership that was once active. TheEasyKayBreezy and I had been watching it and watching it and watching it. It was another that was just hanging open. With the location and the news article, I am surprised that it was in the shape it was with mostly natural decay. The top floor has even less air flow and because the roof of this place is fucked, the decay is strong up there. The tail end of last year and the beginning of this year seemed to be a slew of things that had been watched for time coming together and working out. 10/10. And its filled with cars that are totally useless. Watch for cameras and Waterloo Regions Finest (WRPS).

One of two outcomes....Either all of the vehicles out front were dragged to the rear and out of sight due to property standards complaints, or they have been dragged off to a wrecker. The front is cleared of vehicles.
