A retro 70s bungalow sits abandoned and fenced for demolition in a neighborhood full of new McMansions.

In a neighborhood once full of homes just like this, this large ranch style bungalow sits surrounded by brand new development, as one of the last homes of its kind in the area. This one was built sometime around 1971-1972, and still includes many of it’s original features such as the built in moffat oven, brick bar and fireplace, and harvest gold master bath toilet and bidet. the house currently sits surrounded by a blue demolition fence, and the power cut ready for the demo crew to come in and knock it down. it is to my understanding that it’s replacement will be 2 larger homes, and the lot will be divided in two.i had known about this one for nearly 2 months but kept forgetting to go check it out. this was a great discovery, and even more fun to explore.
