History
The site was formerly occupied By Fendor Glass & Aluminum, a window, door, and materials manufacturing company. The building became abandoned sometime in the early 2010s. This building sat empty for several years after being purchased by a real estate company, which faced delays due to zoning regulations. Demolition commenced in late 2020 and was completed approximately one year later. Residence again protested the real estate company plan and the empty lot has sat empty ever since.
About this location
Formerly a decaying brick structure, approximately three stories high. Images of the former structure still remain on Google Maps. Inside were long since gutted and empty, with very little interest remaining within.
