Sharp Objects - Rusty nails and broken glass near the poe and walls.
Air Quality - Asbestos and a diabolical amount of black mold.
Floors - Floors have buckled everywhere and some parts are soft.
Plants/Insects - Lots of mosquitoes in the summer due to insane overgrowth.
This is a 2 storey yellow brick farmhouse built C.1916. No history I could find. Poe at the back and ceilings peiling off almost touching the floor blocking upstairs access.
