Obvious cameras with security warnings. Since it's so close to the subway, I'm inclined to think they aren't for show.

"The site is situated at the northwest corner of Bathurst Street and Barton Avenue in The Annex, and currently has a 7-storey building on it, formerly the Vermont Square Long Term Care Home, which closed in September, 2021. The applications for the redevelopment would allow a mid-rise apartment building that would bring new housing for the area."
About this location
No obvious POE, and the presence of cameras and being in a high-traffic location makes scouting harder.

so I tried it and the speakers started yelling at me to leave and that the cops have been contacted i took a few more exterior pictures and left i was not trying to call its bluff
