Abandoned Farm, Barn and house still standing, looks locked up but appears vandals might have broken in. Sign on gate states that Halton Hills fire is currently using as a training center. 8th line & 10 side road, Halton Hills ON.
Update Nov.5, 2012: Construction equipment currently on site. Demolition has already started as one barn is gone. Won't be too long before the rest is gone. Too bad, was a cool place!

Looks like the massive hole in the back side of the house was caused "accidentally" when Mattamy Homes equipment "nudged" the building. Thing is the town was looking to make this a heritage house.... what a coincidence that the hole is about the size of an excavators bucket... https://www.facebook.com/acohaltonhills/posts/936551339725206
Construction equipment is back on the property! Every day I drive by expecting to see the house gone, but it is still standing... for now. I have heard from some in town that this place is known to be 'haunted' and many have visited to party/drink.
bps and I went here on the weekend and it was amazing! The barn is gone now though, just the main house stands. I really hope they don't tear it down, it's perfection.
Ya, seeing a dummy on the ground like that would definitely scare the crap outta me at first glance!
Property is used by Fire Dept. for training. Lots of burned out cars. The fire hall is right across the street but the house and barns are far enough off the road. Easy access. The house has furniture and a crash test dummy to scare the wits out of you. Have fun.
hah, this looks like a fun house! Kind of odd with all those dolls though lol

***UPDATE*** The developer who owns the land will be tearing down this heritage house very soon as they just got the green light that is salvageable or beyond repair. Be sure to get out there while this beauty is still standing!
