Hazards

Lots of mould in a couple of houses. Dust is very prominent too. Wear breathing protection. Saw raccoon tracks in one of the houses, as well as lots of dead insects. Needles were in one of the houses. Broken glass is also prevalent. Technically gated.

History

These houses look to have been abandoned sometime between 2022 and 2024. Not sure about these houses' histories, but if you have more details to share, I'd love to put them here!

About this location

Block of abandoned houses on Campbell Avenue. They seem slated for demolition by the city to make way for a condo, though I'm not completely sure about this. Each house is mostly identical, with two floors and a basement.
