The house dates back to the 1880's, looks like it was renovated several times over the years with little remaining of it's earlier days.
About this location
Built in the late 1880's this house and the other 2 next to it will be demolished for the future development of a condo or parking lot for the condo. Despite only being abandoned since November, the house was secured and pretty much constantly being watched by construction crews/surveyors and it's final days demolition workers. A very short window of opportunity presented itself on one of the coldest days of the winter after the workers left a gap in the gate, nothing special but still glad I got to see what it looked like inside before it got torn down.
