Sharp Objects - Lots of stuff left behind like knives in the second floor on the middle house and in kitchen on the second floor of the southern house.

Air Quality - No mold or disturbed asbestos (yet), just really musty uncirculated air, and the second floor of the southern house smells like hot cigarettes. Not too pleasant.

Neighbours/Gated - Pretty self explanotory, dont jump the fence at the front, go to the north where the apartments are and walk through the missing planks in the fence and make sure you arent seen as there are conviently 20+ balconies directly facing it.
