Down To The Foundations

Neighbours - On a busy street, you are very exposed when climbing under the "fence" and there is a house to your right and some commercial office building to the left, which have emmaculate views of this place, I wouldn't stay long.

Gated - It has wooden fencing saying "Manors of Mineola" Which block most of the front, but on the northern part closest to the office building, its just a rusty metal beam and bar, which you can easily climb through to get in.

Plants - In the summer at least, I can imagine a lot of weed growth, which will make it difficult to get down into the foundations, but may provide decent cover.

Another random hazard is in the winter, when I went at least, before the foundations on the property, there is a nice sheet of ice covered in powder snow making it extra slippery, I predicted it and avoided any danger, would have stayed and had some fun if I wasn't so exposed :<

The foundations of what looks like a very small convienence store, demolished between 2007-2009, I don't know why they left the foundations here, maybe to build something on it, but its been sitting like this for 16+ years now, I have no clue when those houses are supposed to be built, if at all.
