About this location
Abandoned house set back from the road. The driveway is overgrown so you can(a)t see anything from the road. The house is in good shape but has been vandalized. There are clothes, furniture and personal items inside. There are also 3 out buildings falling down. Looks like it has been empty since at least 2004 (based on date of newspaper found inside). The property is for sale.

Needless to say, kinda creepy and we left out the backdoor very shortly after and didn't see her again... Everytime I have returned things have been moved so I suspect local kids come here frequently. Other than shifted objects and creepy girls this house in in the same condition as it was a few months ago! Still a cool place to explore for sure.
One thing I forgot to mention: between my visit in december and the shot I just posted with my friend, I went back once with two friends. When we were upstairs looking downwards we saw a little girl. She asked us how we got upstairs. (She was definately not in highschool and very pale) and when we asked if she had came alone she said "yes but its okay because I have a knife" and took a knife out.
the only hazards we noticed were the neighbors who seemed out and about (not too curious/concerned but aware) and the flooring which could be a bit uneven, and like I said my friend slipped on the stairs. There was also some sharp glass but only around the windows so overall not a big deal, but I'll add it anyways! Thanks.
Thanks for the update Greg. If you can edit the hazards, you should also do so as you discover them in the locations you visit. Keep it up :-)
visited today, very decayed, and while lots of names have been scratched into the walls there isn't many spray painted tags form what I saw. roof has caved in in one room, snow in many rooms, stairs are slippery, be careful my friend slipped and hurt his back on them. everything is still in the house.

"Satelite View" on Google Maps still shows the house standing, but after driving by it's since been demolished :(
