About this location
Not that old, 70's style bungalow.Very busy intersection. Probably be made into a gas station or Tim Hortons.House has some decay so it fits the criteria.It's all good.
As of December 12th, this location's land has been sold.

Tread lightly if you plan on checking this one out. The land has been sold and there is now a car almost always parked outside the front of the home.
Great pics! I really like the color scheme in this place. Not colors I'd want to live with daily but just what I want to see when the paint start peeling. If I were to abandoned my own house I would probably paint the walls bright vivid primary colors before vacating, just for the explores that would find it in the future:)
This place is finally abandoned! Figured it wouldn't be long with all the development in the area.
