Another property that's been taken over by developers. This place has a nice house out front, a barn and several sheds and outbuildings. I haven't been able to get in the house as it is right on the street and there is activity in one of the big sheds. There is a trailer with lights on at night and service vehicles coming and going. I drive by every day and sometimes there are vehicles and sometimes not. Managed to get some shots from the barn and outbuildings, but when I approached the trailer a dog was heard barking inside. After a quick retreat behind the barn,I came around the other side only to find a guy in an orange parking-lot attendant vest walking around. I hid for a few minutes then scooted out of there. I will keep driving by and take another run at it, at an opportune time. Note the car in the first picture, this is where all the activity is going on.

Lovely farmhouse with what looks like two additions, a huge barn, and several other buildings on the property. I got in through a side door but there was another entrance through a room filled with cushions and debris, so beware of nails and glass on the ground. The house was bigger than it looked from the outside and most rooms had miscellaneous items scattered around like books, shoes, beer cans, etc.

CAUTION: The house had a strong asbestos smell so be sure to cover your nose/mouth if you go inside.

There was a hangar like building on one side of the house that was also piled with random stuff and a camper that was completely trashed. Heard what could've been raccoons or some other small animals inside there.

Behind the house was a massive barn that looked like it once held cows. The upper part of the barn is missing a big portion of flooring but is still manageable to walk around on. Behind the barn was a gravel lot with a stripped boat and broken glass everywhere.

There were two small structures that held nothing more than a few recliner chairs and car seats.

Overall, a very cool place as long as you're cautious of your surroundings.

Noticed some recent activity on this property. One of the small building is freshly board up, yet the entrances to the home it's self are still open. There's also a new "No Dumping" sign that also says no trespassing.

The house is still standing, but there is activity on the property. The barn just to the right of the house that caved in has been scrapped. The house itself has once again been re-secured with plywood covering the windows. A small forklift blocks the entrance to the house. It looks as though the house itself may be saved. I guess only time will tell!

Something about this location that just didn't sit right, visited over the weekend and I'm glad that I didn't get a chance to get a look inside the house. It's a shame that it's become a dumping ground for Brampton, although the barn makes for some really great shots!
