About this location

3 for the price of one... 2's company, 3's a crowd... Shoot one get 2 free.... 1 tequila, 2 tequila, 3 tequila, floor... I'll try anything once, twice if I like it, three times to make sure...

3 boarded up houses side by side, plus separate garage building and pool. One house was buttoned up real tight, but the other two... Church parking lot right next door. Have cruised the neighborhood before, have seen the heat on more than one occasion. Busy area.

As of December 12th, the largest house has been demolished due to a fire that broke out on the second floor. It destroyed the entire house and the back end of the neighbouring manor.

History These homes were all owned by the Snyder family. John F. Snyder and Carol Anne Snyder were married. In their basement, a letter of forcible removal was found dated in 1992 asking them to leave due to this land being native indian land. John. F Snyder graduated from the Chemical Metallurgical Instrument and Gas Technology division of Ryerson University in 1963. He was an inventor, and some of his thermostat inventions could be found in his basement. A picture of John. F Snyder with his graduating class could be found in the basement. He was 24 when he graduated in 1963 (making him approx. 74ish years old now). From other papers in his basement, it was found out that he also used to race antique cars at Varney and Flamborough Speedway.

Also, on a side note, the largest house was demolished a few weeks ago. A fire broke out and burnt all the surrounding shrub and the back of the neighboring manor. Be careful if you got to check out the other two houses as there is now not too much cover.

I found out some history on these houses a while back and it can be found under the "History of Houses" album under the picture description. I would type it here, but as it is too long for a comment, I would not be able to.

Weird. This place has been officially wiped off of the Google mobile maps.

There is evidence of a fire that broke out in the house with the pool. It seemed to have started in the basement and went up the wall. I wanted to find the cause of it but as I was walking into the basement I walked into a massive spider web with about 20 spiders on it.
