Investment Opportunity

This beautiful home most likely sits on some very valuable land on Montreal Road. It appears to have some depth to the back yard, and more than basic land in Ottawa is a very valuable commodity.

The home itself is all boarded up, and when I checked the front to take some photos I noticed what appeared to be tire tracks across the front yard. For the most part, the property is free from exterior graffiti, although there are splashes of orange paint across the top slope of the roof. I did encounter a squashed spray paint can in the driveway, but that was about it really.

Across the street is a construction site which has what appears to be an old school on the front of it. With my broken ankle I wasn't able to get out and take any photographs (ground is too unstable for my crutches), so I invite all my fellow Ottawa explorers to check it out before it's demolished.
