Another I stumbled upon today while driving down my old street. Funny I've never noticed it before. The house itself is falling apart at rapid speeds now and it very unsafe inside so I encourage anyone wanting to visit to be extra cautious. Getting inside was a job itself even though the POE was clearly visible. The floors are starting to cave in, there are holes in random places, the ceilings are coming down, the stairs are starting to give way, it was a very uneven feeling. From what I could gather the last person to live here was a Mr. Robert Rollins. The house has been abandoned since 1957! So actually for being abandoned 56 or so years it's in pretty good shape. It was a fun explore, lots to see inside and the property is a good size as well as the house.
UPDATE by kcguest APRIL 16/20 - I drove past this location earlier today and all the trees around the house have been removed and it looks like the house is being fixed up. There were 2 vehicles in the yard.
UPDATE by kcguest JUNE 26/20 - This location has been demolished
