About this location
This location is just around the corner from where I live, but I only noticed it today. O'Connor Tanks Ltd. specialized in manufacturing smokestacks and tanks as well as the fabrication of steel.
I did some research and it looks like O'Connor Tanks Ltd. went bankrupt/tanked back in 2011. Creditors even organized an online auction in an attempt to sell some of the expensive equipment that remained inside.
I did a quick look around today, but will have to go back once the sun sets. It's a busy road with many surrounding businesses, not to mention 54 Division being just up the street. It's possible that someone else may have purchased the property, but at this point I'm uncertain so be cautious.
