About this location
This house seems like it hasn't been abandoned for very long. It's the cleanest house I've ever been in. There isn't much left inside.
Update by crazycarclub - April 2014 - There is a fire here, damages estimated at $100 000. I visited in Sept. 2014 and didn't reconize the place and thought i had found a new location. Spiders everywhere here, hundreds maybe thousands of them. Big nasty ones too make it worse. The upstairs is extremely unsafe so i'd recommend staying down and there are holes in the floor on the ground level so watch your step.

I didn't realize this was in the database when i found it due to the heavy fire damage suffered earlier this year. Glad you guys got some shots of it before the blaze to compare against my gallery.
