ok yes my photography Isn't the best and I need to work on descriptions but I have been working on that and will further improve. Disregarding my only exterior locations I still have enough substance to become a level 3 user

has gone above the minimum requirements to be level 3 so i think he should be leveled up

i feel like his work is sufficient for level 3 but quality would have to drastically improve in every regard before applying for level 4
