I would add one or two more locations with interiors and reapply. Concentrate on quality and not quatity. With time your pictures will improve so keep at it but it's a no from me for now.

The lack of quality material well definitely have to improve to get past level two.

I don’t believe requirements were met. Quality & interior count

Some improvement needs to be made, I feel. A lot of the photos are exteriors and/or not of great quality. And as someone else mentioned, it doesn't take a lot of effort to come up with a simple description for a location.

Although some of the photos and writeups are lackluster, I do believe the level 2 requirements have been met. The most recent album had better quality photos, so hoping you keep that up

90% of your photos are blurry, two out of three of your locations have no write-ups, and the majority of your albums are exteriors anyway. I know that sometimes a place is just locked down tight with no way in, or that sometimes you need to take photos while running/hiding from squatters/security guards/police, but that shouldn't prevent you from providing a basic write-up in the safety of your own home. Something as simple as Googling the address or checking Google Street View history can tell you a lot about the history of a location and what other explorers should be aware of.
