How do I add locations?

I'm VERY new to this website, and I have no idea where to go to post 2 locations I know of in Orangeville, Ontario.

It's at the top right of the site right beside the notification and the subscription icon.

On mobile its at the 3 line button (menu) then it says upload close to the bottom, on a computer its in between the crown and bell icon, looks like a console with an arrow pointing up
