Interesting industrial/commercial places in-between Holland marsh and Orillia?

I've recently got a new job allowing me alot more free time than I'm used too. I've been living like a hermit since covid and I'd like to do something with my life other than watch TV or play video games after work. I loved exploring abandoned places as a teenager with some friends and I wanna get back into the scene and start an urbex photography account focused on the commercial and industrial. I feel as if there are alot of coverage on old residential abandoned sites but not much on old mines, power plants, warehouses, factories etc. If anyone knows any places that fit the commercial/industrial theme (preferably within a 50km bubble around barrie for now), it would be a blessing.
