Based on Google maps, this place is definitely gone, turned into an extension of the parking lot for the GO.

Went there yesterday, the POE has a brand new chain and lock. The little structure right beside it has a notice saying it's demolition was supposed to be complete by March 2015, guess that didn't happen.

I went back and to my surprise the front door of 71 was wide open. I explored most of the second floor but I stopped and didn't try the door to the first floor because there were sounds coming from there; perhaps the reason the door was open. I've uploaded some photos.

These buildings together have 3 addresses: 71, 75 and 77. There is a sign out front saying the city proposes to turn this into a 5 story student apartment with 129 bachelor units and 50 parking spaces. For now it seems this lot is used by students for free parking. Perhaps I'll go back and try to get some photos.

I went yesterday, there was a film crew shooting "Heroes" at the back of the building, and they were all staring at me as I made a lap around the building so I didn't get any photos of that. Very disappointing that I couldn't get inside, but I've posted a couple photos of the water tower.

Creepy! Glad to see some photos of the inside, when I went back in early April everything was boarded up pretty tight.
