Good call on sticking to the backyards. Saw one empty patrol car by the main entrance at 5pm. Saw the guard walking up the street, back to his car, shortly after. If you park at the end of 10th line to enter BEWARE! You have to park on a public road, which is a dead end. Once you get out, you cross some tracks to reach the trail. The problem is, there is a crazy lady who calls the police on all cars at the end of the road. My first visit I saw an officer waiting for someone to return to their car.
