Damp on Dobie, not much to see

Easy to get into, just parked out front as it was night time and wasn’t worried about cars passing. Got in through an unlocked door at the back, there was also an open window to get into the basement. Stairs down to the basement on your right as soon as you get in thriugh the back door, ceiling was falling through on the main floor. All cabinets and cupboards were raided. There were stairs to the second floor, it felt pretty stable when we took small slow steps but it’s also frozen over so that may be why. Overall there wasn’t much to see, but it’s a good first look to get over your nerves.

Edit: forgot to mention that there was a LOT of what looked like human feces and pee in the toilet lol. Not sure if it’s from other explores, I wouldn’t expect there to be squatters as it’s pretty far out but keep an eye out for them in case
