2025 HOUSE UPDATE

This house was put up for sale one year after I explored it. On November 2023 the house was listed for $839,900, the listing stated:

Stunning home in desirable Woodstock neighbourhood. Set on a large lot with exceptional quality and style. Designed for multigenerational living with separate entrance and kitchen on lower level. Spacious lower level rec room, living area, and laundry. Main level features 9′ ceilings, custom kitchen, and spa-like ensuite. Recent improvements include new windows, doors, insulation, flooring, and shingles. Spacious layout with 3 bedrooms on main/upper level and 1 large bedroom on lower level. Chances are, the house was gutted and renovated very shortly after I explored it. After 156 days on the market, the home sold for $795,000.

I was blown away when I saw the real estate photos showing how this house, that was once an absolute death trap, was entirely flipped into a beautiful family home with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
