hm. the light house and the trees just seem like a painting, but I suppose specific details like the lights in the corner could mean its a photo.
The top of the trees that are red are where a white flashlight skimmed past. It's probably like a 15 mins exposure. And DecayDiver, I'm WELL acquainted with long exposures. They are what I'm still possibly good at.
