I managed to get in on September 30th. Demolition started on October 6th. So glad I got to check it out before it was gone.
Looks like it was a little office and/or storage room. Conveniently there was a ladder which I used to get to the mezzanine up top. Then I found the attic space up above which was a very pleasant surprise.
Bonus: the last house on the cul de sac behind the car wash was part of the demo site. I made it in on October 5th. It was super spooky looking on the outside but on the inside it was a pretty normal empty house.
