This exploration was the first time I properly ran into a scrapper. When we climbed through the window at 1 am, we almost instantly came face-to-face with a guy with work boots, a ladder, and dusty jeans. Without thinking, the first words that came out of my mouth were “Uhh do you work here?”. When he told us not to worry and that we can "keep doing your thing", I realized he was a scrapper. After some brief amicable dialogue, we went our separate ways, only seeing him once at the end of our exploration when he and his buddy were tearing open some walls. At the very least, the copper will be able to have a second life even once Tyndale is gone.
