About this location
Professional arts building that last had ProResp Oxygen as a ground floor tenant. The top floor is comprised of apartments and has a separate entrance that has (so far) remained locked. Rechecks for future access here are definitely warranted, as someone has broken the lock box and made off with the key. They could return at any time and leave the apartment entrance door unlocked.
A huge pile of temporary fencing can be found stored in the back. No doubt, a contractor was supposed to use it to surround the entire building - a job that never got done.
