Ravine-style house built with a commanding view of Chippawa Creek - but with a stiff penalty. This house has been here for years, caught in a stasis. Whether a construction error or due to shifting ground associated with the riverbank's slope, the back half of the house has settled downhill and the foundation has completely split. A major attempt at reconstructing the basement has been abandoned. This house cannot be saved.
