Nice to see some Pelee Island stuff! ArcAngel, you could corner the neighbourhood and likely be pretty much the exclusive explorer to inventory the entire island.

Gorgeous shots... I love the clarity of the ice. It takes a heck of a winter for this to freeze over. I've gone in the heart of winter before and found it completely unfrozen. The geothermal effects are quite encompassing.

Did you superimpose that on there, or is it 'burned' right into the screen? That's pretty cool if the latter, as new flat-screen TVs claim to be immune to such effects. But this would be the toughest test of that claim... day after day after day after day after day... the exact same image outlines, unchanging.

Complete 100% lethargy! It was so cold that I'm surprised it even had enough energy to lift its head up. I think this might have been the very first weekend for snake emergence from hibernation.

Years ago, when abandoned but before this place was boarded up, the cat was so freshly dead that I tapped on the window thinking it was just sleeping and I had misinterpreted the vacancy of the house.

I didn't even notice that while taking the shot Superss. That is ridiculous. Who would design it that way? I guess you could still manage if you stepped over and straddled it each time.
