About this location
abandoned back around 2011, this late 1970s style bungalow sits awaiting its fate,it was abandoned due to the 407 extension coming thru durham region/clarington. built in 1977
SEPTEMBER 2016 UPDATE SOME GROUP OF KIDS FOUND IT. ITS BEEN VANDALIZED WITH SPRAY PAINT INSIDE
NOVEMBER 2016 UPDATE HOUSE IS NOW DEMOLISHED

This is still standing, went not long ago. It's been boarded back up very securely and is very over grown.
Was there with my girlfriend a month or two ago. I'll add some pictures I took of inside and outside. Loved the chandeliers lol
Still standing, gated with signs, the plant next door is a heat score.
